Thank you for supporting our small farm business. Each Farmhouse Tallow product is carefully handcrafted and packaged from our home.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Because our products are made and packaged in small batches, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer during busy periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times will depend on the carrier and destination. Most orders within Canada arrive within 3–10 business days.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Local Pickup (Optional – only include if you want)

Local pickup may be available. Please contact us after placing your order to arrange a pickup time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
