Thank you for supporting our small family business. Each Farmhouse Tallow product is handcrafted in small batches and carefully packaged from our home.

Returns

Due to the nature of our skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

Refunds & Replacements

If an item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

To request a refund or replacement, please email us with:

• Your order number

• A photo of the product and packaging

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

Our products are made with natural ingredients, but individual skin sensitivities may occur.

Please review the ingredient list carefully before purchasing. We recommend performing a small patch test before full use.

Because our products are made with natural ingredients, color, texture, and scent may vary slightly from batch to batch. Temperature changes during shipping may also soften or firm the product. This does not affect product quality.
